The washometer from Presto is a textile testing machinery used for determining colour fastness of textile materials to washings. This is attained by mechanical agitating a specimen of textile in contact with pieces of specified adjacent fabrics in a soap-soda solution, before being rinsed and dried. The change in colour of the specimen and staining of the adjacent fabrics are assessed with standard gray scales.

HTHP Beaker Dyeing Machine »

HTHP Beaker Dyeing machine is designed in order to facilitate effective dyeing for testing purpose. HTHP Beaker dyeing machine is fabricated out of 316 quality Stainless steel. The beaker carriage will rotate in Glycerin bath at about 30 RPM, through suitable motor. The temperature obtained in the Glycerin bath will be up to 140°C through electric heater. For rapid cooling the machine is equipped with a copper pipe through which water is made to pass continuously when required.

Infra Red Dyeing Machine »

The Infra Lab I is a state of the art dyeing equipment. The infra red dyeing machine produces accurate laboratory sample dyeings with level and reproducible results.

The beakers move in a circular rotation with advanced IR heating technology thereby eliminating glycol contamination and beaker cleaning.
